Using this service

You may use VersePDF + WiseSuite to convert, edit, analyze, automate, generate, measure and process supported content for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the files, media, coordinates, code and information you submit and for having the rights and permissions required to process them.

Free, paid and Enterprise plans

Browser plans, Developer API plans and Enterprise offerings have separate limits, entitlements, pricing and features. We may adjust plan limits, pricing, included tools or promotional terms as the service evolves. A plan only grants the capabilities shown for that plan or separately agreed in a contract.

Automate with Code

Automate with Code accepts Wise Script, Python, JavaScript, VBA-style compatibility syntax and Shell-style document commands. The feature is a document-automation sandbox, not unrestricted browser execution, Microsoft VBA compatibility, an operating-system shell, or a server arbitrary-code service. Users should review pasted code before running it. Preview and structural checks reduce risk but do not guarantee that every advanced document instruction will have the visual or semantic result the author intended.

Automation must successfully complete and request the selected language's apply operation before staged changes are committed. You are responsible for keeping backups of important documents and for reviewing automated changes before relying on them.

Developer API and Enterprise Automation API

Developer API and Enterprise Automation API access use separate credentials, quotas, rate limits, supported operations and commercial terms. Enterprise Automation is not automatically included in a standard browser or Developer API plan. API-enabled Enterprise plans can use both professional-environment automation and the supported platform-tool API documented for Enterprise.

Organizations are responsible for protecting API credentials, restricting authorized users, reviewing automated outputs, configuring downstream systems safely, and applying any professional or regulatory human approvals required for their use case. API credentials must not be placed in public client code, URLs, source repositories or logs.

Self-hosted processing and optional integrations

Production document-AI processing is designed to run on VersePDF-controlled self-hosted infrastructure. Optional features may still connect to external services when the user or organization enables or requests those features. The Privacy Policy describes the current data-routing boundaries and is part of these terms by reference.

AI-generated and automated content

AI-generated and automated results can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Legal, medical, financial, compliance, CAD, accessibility, print-readiness, location and similar outputs are aids rather than certified professional conclusions. Verify important results and use qualified professionals where required.

Your content

You retain ownership of files and content you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content for the operation you request. See our Privacy Policyfor retention and data-routing information.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to process content you lack the right to process, violate others' rights, distribute unlawful or malicious material, probe or bypass access controls, abuse rate limits, interfere with service availability, or use automation or API features to perform unauthorized actions.

Availability and changes

Features can change, be improved, be replaced, become unavailable or receive new limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect conversion, fidelity, automation or AI results for every possible input. Enterprise contracts can include additional commitments that override these general terms where expressly agreed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. The date at the top identifies the current published version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use, subject to any separate contract that governs your account.
