How to use Wise Office

A practical path from opening a file to editing, automation, print preview and export.

1. Open a file or create a new one

Open the independent Wise Office link and choose a file directly. On supported Android/iPhone document associations, selecting a PDF or office file can hand it straight to the editor.

2. Work in the ribbon

Use File, Home, Insert, Design, Layout, References, Data, Review, Mail, Teamwork, Tools, AI, Security, Automate, View and Help. Controls are contextual so spreadsheet, slide, document, PDF and publishing tools appear where they apply.

3. Add rich content

Insert images, resize objects, create tables and charts, use WordArt-style presets, add pages/slides/sheets, apply templates, manage page size and print layout, and use the publisher canvas for precise print designs.

4. Automate safely

Use Wise macros or sandboxed Python/JavaScript/document-command automation for supported document operations without exposing the host operating system or unrestricted network access.

5. Preview and export

Use print preview, then Save or Save As. Documents, sheets, slides and publications expose format-specific export choices; spreadsheet exports ignore empty sheets and far-away formatted blank cells.

6. Use connected document tools

Choose OCR, conversion, translation, PDF and AI tools from inside Wise Office. Fast single-file tools use the shared backend directly; specialized tools run in the copied Wise Office tool surface so the editor context is preserved.
